Here we learn how to make 'cheviche' . A local meal consisting of prawns, little octopusses, capsicum, onion, and lots of limejuice. Served with rice or plantane, the fried cousin of the banana.
It's a nice dish, especially when you're into sour/lime that is eaten cold and more of an in between meal then a true dinner.
