After the pick-nick I had to leave. And since I am in a hurry, I left by bus. It would take me close, 125km, to the Uzbek border and then I would ride to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

I had bought the ticket in the morning but of course when I came in the evening they tried to say that that was only for me and that the bicycle cost extra. I nearly lost the plot when they insisted but in the end just got on for the pre-arranged price. I hate this trying and taking advantage of tourists thing. In Ecuador I found though, that it is better when I don't know the language. I have a tendancy of talking back when I can communicate and it seems better not to. I get in trouble...
