Daily diet -
While riding 150km a day on a 60kg bicycle one burns a lot of calories. Especially if the road goes up a lot. My computer thinks I burn about 6000 calories on these days but it does not know anything about altitude or weight. Therefor I estimate I probable burn about 8000 calories a day. This is what I eat every day to keep up my energy. Next to two loafs of bread and a big bowl of pasta of course.
